People that don’t tip their servers/ delivery drivers can eat a d***. – Someone who had one of those jobs and has since better themselves that still believes those people deserve their tips. If you can’t “afford” to tip you can’t afford to eat out or have delivery. Make your own damn food you fucks.

You don’t deserve a tip just because you exist. You have to smile, be pleasant, show some hustle. That said, I always tip 20% to delivery people. I’m talking about Starbucks or others who have a cup that says, again, “I exist, tip me, and I’m not going to be pleasant or move my ass, just please put money in my cup because my job doesn’t pay a living wage.” I tip those people, too – a penny.

I dont tip. And it aint bc I cant afford it. The restaurant benefits from this theft of wages with the assumption that every server is getting tips. At the end of the day, all tips are turned in & divided bc the assumption is that not everyone is getting tips lol. Its a complete contradiction & takes money away from servers who were tipped their very own tips that should belong solely to them but the restaurants wants a piece of that.. The workers should demand for their wages from their employers like everyone else & demand that they not have to split their tips. Currently, being a server is a side job for children & anyone trying to make a living off of a guaranteed $2 an hour is fucking retarded.
