On Sunday I went up an escalator behind a young girl who was wearing Lycra leggings that were just like a second skin, they were so clingy that you could see every curve of her bottom but it was perfectly fine, no problem. If that same girl had been wearing a six inch long ‘skirt’ I would of been breaking the law and if she was 17 years and 51 weeks old I would be child abuser. Please explain.
