I’d like to ask you for advice. I have a friend who is a very good friend. I enjoy being spending time with him, and when we meet I’m pretty comfortable. Well, I was, before discovering his political position is the contrary of mine. The worst thing is that this is not a secret, it’s known by everyone. So when I could have known before befriending him. Since then, I feel awkward when I’m with him. I cannot act as everything is alright. 🙁
What should I do? Should I keep our friendship, or should I instead try to slowly get distant?
