medical question here. please don’t tell me it’s cancer lol

female, 22, no s***** partner but I do m*********, adequate weight for hight etc etc.
You know that area between the v***** and the a***? I found a small lump on the left side. It’s the size of a pencil’s eraser, round, hard. It’s doesn’t really hurt but I do feel slightly uncomfortable when I lie on my left side.
not sure if it’s related but recently my PMS pain became a lot worse and I even have r***** pain. I read that this is normal but I’m having that pain when I know it’s not PMS pain. I also have digestion issues and gas lmao
Maybe the r***** pains are just gas pain because of my s***** diet but the lump is certainly there. Ideas???

p.s. please don’t tell me to go to a doctor. If I could I would’t be asking this here. Thank you.
