For some context: I live in Ecuador, I have a healthcare plan and insurance in Ecuador, I do not have one here where I am. I am in San Francisco right now with my mom and brother. I am taking a summer course. I’m going back to my home country in about 3 weeks.

Some months ago I found a bump in my pubic area (between my d*** and my bladder) it’s soft and sinks when I push it. It hasn’t gotten any bigger or anything, but I never got it checked out.
A couple days ago I found a bump on my heel, this one is hard like bone and seems to be attached to the heel bone.

I’m afraid as to what these bumps might be
