My brother (still in his 30s) had a stroke a few months ago and it’s depressing me to see how s***** US insurance companies and medical professionals can treat someone when they think they’re done profiting from them. If anyone needs convincing that we need to cut the for-profit medical industry, just have a loved one go through some medical trauma and see how quickly they become a number in the system instead of a human in need.
