I am the kind of person who wish they had drank more when younger. I was never into alcohol in a huge way. I have only been significantly drunk about a handful of times other wise just a little flushed but not drunk. I regret the times I did drink heavy while ill as it did damage internally but its not a major issue.

I regret not drinking in my teens and having a good time. but I regret drinking at all.
