I have realized that I was an a****** to my fellow deployed servicemen… I (at the time) didn’t care that they had kids and a family. I always thought that they were being a little b**** when they would cry when their kid did something “amazing”.. like go to the bathroom or ride a bike. I being a former serviceman could never imagine being away from my family and missing my children’s milestones. I guess I am just very sorry for my very close minded way of thinking.
