The mental health care system is a joke and providers lie when they implore you to seek help. There simply aren’t enough of you for all of us. So no, help is not available for all of us. And some of us are also untreatable. I just wish we could drop the collective pretense that it’s just a matter of “getting help” and things are good. It’s never that easy and pretending otherwise just pushes us closer to the end.
