I was born a female. But for so long I’ve always felt that I’m not female. I often go by my boy sounding nickname and never hang around girls besides a few close girl friends I have. I confessed to a guy friend about my feelings and he accepted me for who I am, he even started calling me by male pronouns.

That was last year. Now everyone calls me by male pronouns, but not just because I want to be. I am transgender. I’m getting top surgery next month. Wish me luck!
