I am in love with my best friend. I’m sure you’ve seen plenty such stories and, by now, are positively bored to death with them. Sorry. I’ll try to explain this mess to the best of my capabilities:
I’ve loved her since the beginning of this September. Call it a schoolgirl crush, I don’t really care. She’s been dating guys that are total assholes (pardon my language, younger readers). Back in October-ish, she dated– well, let’s call him James. She broke up with him, and he was distraught for a day before bouncing back on his feet, joking with his best friend– we’ll call him Carl.
Carl is currently dating my best friend, and Carl is, to put it quite plainly, a douchebag. He’s dated so many girls at our school and broken so many of their hearts. I don’t want her to go through that. She’s had a history of cutting, and she told me just today that she was thinking of starting that back up again.
I’m very sorry if my tale seems to be jumping about randomly. Focus has never been a strongpoint of mine. However, I must note that James and I are on fairly friendly terms.
Anyway, I’ve been noticing things. James is always staring after Carl wistfully, his dilated pupils easy to see with his blue eyes. I’ve confronted James about this, and he denied everything with a prompt “I’M NOT GAY.”
He never said anything about being bi.
I, myself, identify as bisexual, so I suppose I’m just searching for someone who understands my situation. I might be seeing signs that aren’t there.
But James is the worst liar. He’s acknowledged this more than once, and from many games of Truth or Dare, I can say that I’m the one person who can coax that boy to admit literally anything. I have a plan set, but I can never find the time to implement said plan:
1. Tell James that I’m bi.
2. “All of my secrets are out in the open, bucko. Now cough it up, the truth this time. Are you interested in Carl?”
3. If that doesn’t work, threaten him with the spire. (Long story short, James once asked to be included in my story. I told him he’d have to die, and he got to choose his manner of dying. He told me that he’d like to die in the manner of Saruman from LOTR… you get the idea.)

i want to end myself and i have suicidal thoughts thinking how should i die (i often think about hanging) and i imagine myself when i am doing the deed. i have fallen quite low and it is hard to stand up again. i have been having family issues (mainly with my dad) aside from my own personal problems. even if i vent this to someone, i know that their words are not enough. it is unfortunate for me that i got the miserable version of life haha… maybe if i was more pleasant, people would’ve treated me differently and my father wouldn’t even verbally abuse me. i have been like this for months now. some days i feel better but once triggered, everything comes back and i am miserable again. i really don’t want this life and the urge to end it is very strong. i have fallen out of my faith in God so to end this all, i think i should end the root of everything which is me because i realized that i might be the problem. that is all.
