You may have thought you were gaining something by betraying a trust, but the trust you lost in the process was far more valuable. You meet so few good people in life, people worth trusting. You’re young and don’t know how rare it is yet. You may never get it back; time will tell. If so, it will take work. You have no one to blame but yourself. I hope you learn from this.
