A man is walking on a sandy beach with the Lord our Father. He looks back at his footprints. The footprints are every moment of his life. In the hardest times, he realizes there is only one set of footprints. He gets very angry and demands to know why God left him at the toughest times. The Lord replies “Son, there is only one pair of footprints, that is true. But I did not desert you, I carried you.”
