I’m a 46 year old man, happily married and we have an adopted 3 year old boy who I love as much as if he was my biological child. I have a good (not very macho) job which I love and pays me well. I’ve got nothing to prove and I’m really happy except I think I’ll never be truly fulfilled because I want to be a woman
