Woody Allen once said that 50% of life is just showing up. I realized that, for me, that’s totally true. I have a great career, great family, great life. But all of the hard work setting it up is done. I’m 34, and practically all I do every day is just “show up” where I am supposed to be. Supposed to be here for work, then there for the kids, then here with the friends. It’s all so easy, so meaningless to me.
