I wasn’t hit . But it looks like i was beaten . It’s scary.

I quit smoking in 2004. I still need to lose more weight. But I lost 90 lbs. I worry about cancer again. I really need to see my doctor i guess .

I have black circles under my eyes. Something seems wrong . Puffy and black.

I’ll be 54 soon. I think i need to reevaluate my food and high content of sodium. I feel good just I’m puffy . I wish I understood.

Sodium might be the blame . I might need to switch to water . It’s scary to look old and sick.

I’m tired today. My eyes look old and puffy ..don’t know why

Ask any kid with that fancy car , how many birthdays or holidays were missed because mom or dad had to work? Or are from broken homes ? Cheating etc. Divorce? How many?

The majority of people work jobs to achieve anything in life. They sacrifice weekends and time with family . children might get a nice car . but I think they’d want dad instead to be near more often or mom.

People with money get used and targeted . some people worked very hard to have a good life . worked and worked long hours . overtime. Its not as easy as you might think.

Money isnt my god . I hope those young kids in fancy cars will understand the value of a dollar someday . that they wont be crippled by their parents money . or killed because of it. Cars are targets for greed.

Hate is poison. When its venom. It will turn upon you. It really does. That poison and hate isn’t worth living with within your life. Lay down your hate. Let it go. Walk away . because your worth more than to be filled with hate. Replace it with peace and...

Sometimes family members hurt the people nearest to them . sometimes its from jealousy , sometimes its to protect you .

If you quit or give up ,you’ll miss your greatest moments life is about to offer .

Life is truthfully an adventure. Look ahead at the possibilities of what is to happen for you . what will be offered to you . miracles happen. Watch out and see yours going to happen.

Struggles along the journey are sometimes unseen and the gifts we are given are the moments We look To see at how far we’ve come.

We have oceans that still amaze us. Mountains to climb ok , sure . but what a view when you’re at the point you can rest just a little while until you must keep climbing . the journey is sometimes the greatest gift.

I know much has happened that is wrong . but try to think of what has gone right . we still have the warmth of the sun even in winter. That is a good thing .

Life really is alright. Look and see the good in our world .
