I Dont know why blood clots form in the body. I just remember a friend of mine was painfully thin. She was constantly in the hospital because of blood clots in her legs. Its got something to do with the heart . Thats all I know . hope that helps...

Being too fat also can cause strokes. Its really vital to be at a heart healthy BMI.

Being too thin can throw blood clots. It can cause STROKES. so just be aware .

If you don’t eat enough , sometimes a heart attack isn’t all you might suffer. A STROKE is debilitating causing paralysis . its not worth that. Please think about food not being your enemy. Its will save your life.
