Breads and pastas all become Sugar. Too much sugar will make a person angry , irritable , moody. The Mentally ill need better education about food choices.

Not sure how insulin and sugar works in the brain , but I know for a fact it causes moodiness. And anger , depression as well.

Anger issues are emotional disturbances . think about when your most emotional volatile ? Meal time ? Or late at night ? Insulin and Sugar ..affect the brain and mind .

Sugar and caffeine are massive stimulants . they affect your mind and mood . mentally ill should be more aware of that fact .

You might be suffering dehydration. It might be why you feel crappy And psychotic . drink ice water. Until you get a handle on your emotions, no caffeine !

You NEED to as well reevaluate your food choices . think high protein, less carb . low sugar ! minimal fat in your diet .
