My adult son and daughter haven't allowed me to leave my bedroom in a year. I have nowhere to turn and they have me trapped here forever. If I ask to go out to the living room, they get very mad. I am scared that they are going to get violent very soon. I have no friends, no other family no way to earn any money to get a place of my own.

Are you sure they’ve trapped you? You could be delusional. Perhaps you only think you’ve been trapped and they are really trying to keep you safe.
If you really are trapped, then you need to get help somehow. Climb out a window. Yell for help. Do anything you can to let people know that you’re being held against your will.
