My husband abuses me. I have pushed every friend away scared they will realise. I can’t leave him as we have children. I think I am dying from lack of love. I was a bright bubbly person that survived on affection and connection with others. I am only alive for my kids.

You need someone who deserves you, leave your husband for someone who will take care of your children and you better. You don’t deserve to be beaten down. Fight for your own freedom. This is your life. This is your decision. You decided to stay because your children. But the fact is, is that your children are going to learn the truth why you left that man so it’s best you leave him NOW.
