Heads or Tails.
I know two nurses who specialize in circumcision. They work for ob/gyn pediatrics physicians and they make a great living cutting and trimming co.cks. Good pay, lots of work, and a job they adore.
I date one of the nurses and she told me what they do. They have a row of circumstraint boards where they strap down the patients with their co.cks sticking out, waiting to get pruned.
She told me they flip a penny for each boy to see if it comes up heads or tails. Heads means they circumcise his co.ck all the way up to the head. They cut his co.ck right under the head. They cut off all his foreskin and they snip out his frenulum. Some people call this a beauty cut because only regular skin is left on his shaft and it is all one color.
If the penny lands on tails, they cut his co.ck toward the base of his shaft and they leave all the inner foreskin on the shaft. They leave his frenulum intact and do not cut it out. This results in a two toned or two color shaft. They leave the penny next to his circumstraint so when it is his turn to get cut and pruned, they know which style of cut to do.
They work down the row like an assembly line clipping and snipping one co.ck after another. Sometimes they sing Pennies From Heaven as they cut the co.cks raw.
They have a bag of micro powdered salt. It’s also called salt flour which is ground very fine like powdered sugar. After the co.cks are all cut they start at the beginning of the row and rub the powdered salt on the raw co.ck. She said it stimulates their co.ck nervous center. Some of the co.cks get an erection. After each co.ck has a powder coating on it then they go back to the beginning of the row and bandage them.
She tells the mothers to call her if they have any problems and she’ll help out. She tells the mothers the circumcision went well and they will see how it looks as his pe.nis grows bigger. Sometimes the mothers say they want their boy to have a small co.ck or they want a large co.ck. The nurse explains how that can be achieved using androgens, hormones and other methods. She encourages the mothers to be active in controlling the boy’s co.ck size and behavior.
The nurses get to observe each boy when he is brought in for routine check-ups. They get to see the effect of a heads or tails circumcision, and the effect of the mother’s choice to keep the co.ck small or to make it large. Tiny co.ck, huge co.ck or somewhere in between, the two nurses have a big influence. They decided how it would be cut to begin with while singing Pennies from Heaven to the strapped down boys.
