They appreciate women as human beings rather than s** objects. The castrati focused on their education and productivity since they were not distracted by testosterone.
A systematic emasculation de-balling program is constructive and civilized. Society would greatly benefit by gelding most males. A few boys selected for desirable traits would be kept in tact for sperm production and then castrated afterwards.
