I’m gonna slow things down a bit here for the chicks.
Finally got a chance to mess around with my new Electro Harmonix Oceans 11 Reverb pedal.
This is the pedal, through the FX Loop of my amp (Orange Micro Dark) with a clean tome, and no other effects. I play the dry signal (just amp) first, then switch on the pedal which is set to the “Shimmer” reverb setting. I’d also bet 90% of you don’t know what this is that I’m playing here…

Really awesome digital reverb pedal. The main gripes I read about this pedal is “it’s too digital sounding”. I disagree. It can be but I think the main classic reverts, Hall, Spring, Plate are amazing. Very good bread and butter reverb. Perfect. You couldn’t ask for more from a reverb and personally the reason I chose this pedal is because I LIKE all the strange digital sounds. The synth sounds. Like this. Also though, you can blend in the time of the reverb with the sound of the guitar (dry signal) to your taste to make it sound less “digital” with the “FX Level” dial. I have zero of the dry signal audible here. The dial is cranked all the way to the right. I wanted it to sound like a synthesiser.
