that’s just a thing with me. Without even trying, it’s not a conscious choice, if it isn’t something that can be proven to me, shown that me, right in front of me, controlled, which makes me believe alright, if you can move that lamp with your mind, show me. Show me again. Ok One more time, alright, I believe. There it is, I see it, I get it, I understand it, I believe it. It’s hard for me to buy it.

Honestly, I’ve never seen The Excorcist. Not because I refrained from it intentionally, it just didn’t interest me and I never ended up in the situation where I could see it. I have never watched any of The Godfather movies either. I’ve been told though, that how scared you end up being while watching The Exorcist, depends on how religious you are.

To me, what’s scary is reality. What could logically take place. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Friday The 13th Part 2. Jason Vorhees running around in the woods, living in a shack, all deformed, with a bag on his head, killing summer camp counselors. That’s f****** scary. The bag is worse than the goalie mask although that was a good idea. It’s iconic. Not any more, but think about how f****** creepy that idea is. That could happen. Every time I go to this one summer camp for work once a week for about 10 minjtes, I’m driving in there thinking “this feels like I’m entering the intro to a Friday the 13th movie. If I happen to see some dude in work pants, a plaid shirt, with a bag on his head dash across the road in front of me, you better believe, I’m not getting out of the truck and chasing after him, stumbling into his Shack, where I get a hammer claw embedded in the back my head.
