I’d buy the island if I was rich. Then only open it to people of honor and decency. Back ground checks would be mandatory. But I’d love an island with tropical weather and good people. Neighbors that help each other . a family of people that have no one anymore. We could become the family we dreamed of. Law abiding family . gun owners welcome.
