There a lot of Ukrainians being plastic wrapped and tied to trees and lamp posts with their pants down or completely naked. They are often wrapped with plastic wrap to hold them tight. The press gives different reports as to why. Some news stories say they are looters taking advantage of the war. Other reports say they helped the Russians or expressed pro-Russian sentiments or they are criminals.
One guy was tied and wrapped to a street pole with his pants pulled down. A girl was brought to the scene and was shown his plight. She was given a knife. She castrated him while a crowd watched. She said he was a criminal who took advantage of the war to r*** her.
Several public castrations have been reported. Many beatings of these wrapped and tied victims are reported. Bing and Google both have news articles.
