We strap them down in the hospital too. But not with just two straps. We use a s******* each wrist and each ankle. Often a head strap too. We add straps at the hips and knees to keep their legs spread open. We put a sleep mask over their eyes or tape the eyes shut.
They can’t go anywhere then. They are totally controlled.
