Michigan City Decriminalizes Public Urination, Defecation, and Littering — For Equity!
The city of Kalamazoo, Michigan has now decriminalized public urination, defecation, and littering to be more “equitable.” On Monday, July 18, the city commission unanimously voted to reduce the offenses from a misdemeanor to just a civil infraction.
Now you can pull your c*** out in front of little girls (or little boys if you prefer) and then urinate while they watch. No indecent exposure involved as long as you urinate. No charges will be filed. It’s not a criminal act! You are simply being “equitable”.
