I hate it when people tell me to try meditation tracks when anxious or depressed. These meditation tracks aggravates my anxiety. Like mfker who is that b**** who keeps talking to me, telling me when to inhale and when to exhale and telling me what to think? Stop trying to control me. Stop giving me a time limit to inhale and exhale, I wasn’t even done with relaxing myself YET. A****** meditation tracks. Stop telling me to meditate.
