Rogue is the best way.
“Factions” are no different than religious congregations, or cults, or cliques or whatever. It’s weak. I have seeing factions at work. Water cooler conversations. I hate that. It’s definitely not thinking for yourself. It’s weak people banding together because they are nothing on their own. Technically Jonestown was a faction. Look were those followers ended up. Face down, dead in a jungle.
Factions are not cool.
