No denying people change, but your core should stay the same. If it’s too far to the left, it comes across are fake and not genuine. Which I can’t ever appreciate.
There’s a big difference between being a long haired rocker carrying yourself one way and the 20 years later you acquire a taste for Country music. It can be explained by the closing of a gap on both sides, Rock ain’t the same, and Country is also not the same. It makes sense and it isn’t much of a stretch. It’s genuine.
Turning into a dread locked rapper who doesn’t even speak the same way or have the same attitude is a bit different. I just think it’s goofy and in bad taste. It’s also too prominent in society today. Too prominent, so I stay away from it any way I can.
