I just want to get it off my chest, I recently both a new tablet and I was told to drain the battery first before I charged it but what I noticed is that as the battery reached 15%, it drastically dropped to 1% in less than one minute. And don’t even talk about the charging process cause it took nearly two hours for it to reach between 10-15%. I carried it back to the store and was given a new one only for the battery to start dropping from 30%, it alone took 50 minutes for it to reach 2% on charging too. What should I do please cause there is no cash refunds and I am not ready to give up my money after buying it less than a week ago.
