If they left on their own terms, you shouldnt want them back.

Think about it, that’s one of those circumstances, if they left, obviously they did it on their own terms, it was a conscious decision on their part of leave and let you go, which means that they likely had better places to be and/or you were not worth their time, even if it was just at that point, but the bottom line is at that time they probably had some place that was in their opinion, where they would rather be.

So what does that say for whatever you had with them, together? It says that it was worth throwing away to them, then.

Surely though, they are not completely to blame. If you really sit down and think about it, you are absolutely partly to blame for them leaving. There’s things about yourself, there’s how you treated them during, but none the less for some reason, there was no room for you in their life, they had nothing to offer you at that point and what you have to offer is not enough. Some people just don’t go good together. You can just jam puzzle pieces where they don’t belong, the big picture just won’t look right.

Yeah, I guess you can work on yourself, fix yourself up and try to fix a few things about yourself, those things you thought about and know were wrong with yourself and your behaviour, trajectory in life which made them not choose to keep you in their life, but even still….. It might work, it might not work, maybe it ends up being too late and they are married and with kids by the time you change s***, do you really want that back?

I still believe you should always consider the bottom of the line fact that they made a choice that you were not worth working on things with and they didn’t want you in your life or what you had to offer. That says a lot.

If they walk away while at the same
time kicking you are f****** with you in some way WHILE you try to fix yourself, that REALLY says it all.

You should not want this person back in your life.
