Hi, I moved to USA from a different country for pursuing my career. I made a girlfriend after I came here who is not from USA but from my hometown. During the initial stage, me and my girlfriend had similar dream and she wanted to come to USA and that’s how we decided to proceed further with our long distance relationship. It’s been over 4 years she has not made it to USA and not even doing a job/study back there. Now she is telling she does not want to move to USA. I started feel less attached to her because of all this issue. I don’t care about a career path as long as she is doing something but she is not trying to come to USA for her career and not even pursuing her career over there and it’s been years that she is doing nothing. Is anything bad with me if I feel less attached? People say love is between hearts not by career or money or looks? Am I cheap if this kind thought makes me feel less attached?
