Potentially offensive vent warning. My best friend asked me to wear a dress from her culture (Korean) because I’m standing in her wedding but I’m not sure what to do. I know she will post the pictures online and I don’t want them to be taken out of context. I’m mostly Irish so I’m very pale. When she posted a picture of the Korean hairstyle she gave me when we were just playing around, I got so much s*** from people I didn’t even know. I’m so scared that it will happen again but I want to be beside her. I feel like a bad friend, like I’m selfish and only thinking about myself. Honestly, I miss when we were little and we shared everything without worrying about it. I feel like society doesn’t want us to be friends anymore.
