I am 23 and I lost my job. Broke and without a job my friend referred me to her boss who had a garage apartment, no kitchen or bath. He gave me use of the room but I had to ‘cook and clean’. All I am saying is that is hard work, imagine doing that with kids? I used to ‘envy’ stay at home wives. I took a job with a communication’s company below my previous pay grade, I am still ‘cooking and cleaning’ until I get back on my feet. Basically I have two jobs. Maybe housework is rewarding if it is for your husband and kids and someday I won’t have a choice, but I will never look down on it.
