My wife is an accountant, and she is highly annoying when it comes to discussing finances.

I have my own bank accounts and she has her own and we have a few shared accounts.
I do my own books, but she taught me how to use Quickbooks Pro and I’m really good at it to the point where I can get certified as a Quickbooks expert if I really wanted to.

The problem is all she can talk about is business, our credit scores, bookkeeping, our businesses and f****** taxes.

She has no f****** chill. NONE at all…

I don’t like going to a restaurant with her because I prefer to tip generously so we will continue getting good service and she is insisting that I just keep it at 15% which I think is fucked up because people who work in food service work very hard I believe in a 25% tip is more respectful for what they do.

She also has this very rigid way of thinking when it comes to our grocery shopping, yet she doesn’t believe in using coupons because it’s a lengthy process and she says we’re really not saving much, makes me crazy, because that is the point of coupons right?

And buying gas is another f****** annoyance. She has some app that tells her where is the best prices for gas during the day and she checks my car’s fuel meter and millage once a week and send me detailed emails about my driving habits. Sometimes I go for a drive to listen to a new album I like because my car is the only place I can just listen to the music without interruption.

I recently suggested that we go on a vacation so I wouldn’t have to be subjected to her financial talk and she goes into overboard mode researching the lowest prices for everything. Therefore killing the enjoyment of the idea of taking a break.

What the f*** is wrong with this woman????

It’s getting to the point now where I’m fantasizing about having an affair with a more fun person who won’t stress me out all the time.

I never thought I’d entertain such thoughts, but now I’m starting to realize why men end up cheating on their wives, it’s because the f****** wife makes the husband miserable. I love my wife I really do, but I don’t want to have s** with her anymore, not until she can chill the f*** out.

My Dad and Mom divorced because my Dad was out cheating on her all the time, and I remember how my Mom would always henpeck him and now I get it. He was in love with my Mother, but he couldn’t stand who she become after they got married.

Do all women trick men? My wife was nothing like this when we were dating and got engaged and then after our 2nd year of marriage she no longer was my very best friend, she became my business parter and accountant.

I’m not going to cheat on her, will not repeat the same mistake my Dad did with my Mom, but will not have any s** with her until she can chill the f*** out.
