how do you enjoy working out? i seriously need help with that. not talking abt like “listen to music while doing it!! do it with a friend!” kinda thing, like, how do i actually convince myself that what i’m doing is fun when it feels like my entire body is about to shut down?

  • Keep going. The feeling it gives afterwards is a good one. Push yourself and yes the cliche of it on some music.
