I learnt about “bettering the race.” The theory that black people can be improved by inbreeding. I watched a depressing talk by Jordan Peterson and Douglas Murray. I became more depressed because I have some African ancestry but due to experiences. I think that perhaps there is some truth to IQ and race. It’s something I’ve denied for years because it’s an ugly topic. All of the black people I know who are smart have some European or Asain ancestry. At my company we recently hired some African managers I mean straight from Africa. The basic mistakes they make across the board at first was funny but now. People are leaving the company in large groups and the company is starting to go under as a result. We are loosing contractors and business investments. Explaining simple things to them, can be quite difficult for two reasons. You may spend hours repeating yourself to get a simple point across and, one has to be respectful to their superiors. Which results in speaking to management like they are children which comes across as condescending which is not intentional. It’s just the only way things can get done properly.
