so, yesterday I was out and I seen these custard tarts. I ate

2 mini custard tarts about 3 bites and its gone they are small but I feel so rotten on myself for a eating binge because I was craving a sweet egg mixture and nutmeg and the worst fatty part is the crust. I should have know its the crust/pastry and cream that make me sick.

I only have them once a year how can they make them with less fat and less pastry ? would a biscuit base be better? or if home made in some sugared bread muffin tin trays?

last week I was craving those old fashioned bread and butter puddings. Its the eggs in sweet mixture is what I crave really and I know it.

My mother rarely cooks eggs now because she has a yolk allergy and I have a whites allergy but I don’t care, where as she makes such a issue about it.

we used to love a boiled egg or egg and lettuce sandwich as kids or a egg and bacon pie or a egg and spag omlette and quiches and homemade egg custard or fried egg sandwich but now the closest she will do is a bit of egg in fried rice.

I hate the way she goes on, “OHHHH yuk eggs” I feel that way about her god dam sausages she makes for dad, he has no teeth and can’t eat steak and all we f****** get is sausages to make him happy when I want to eat variety. She has no idea of a thing she is doing and same with my dad. I bought him things for fathers day and its like “do you care I spent 160bucks on you?” you don’t show any care at all. and my mother she never helps me save anymore. she just expects more groceries all the time as if what I pay out for them is not enough already. They are so selfish and lazy. I wish they would all get out and work a job and clean up or pay someone to clean up. I am sick of them destroying my good things. sometimes I think they are just waiting for me to die and what for? I don’t have money cuz if I did I would be out of here and allowed to eat better meals.
