I hate people who are okay with abortions, but only with exceptions. Either you are okay with something fully or your not.
Like people who say they are only okay with abortions if the pregnancy was in the first trimester, or if they have been raped, or if the fetus was going to harm the life of the mother, or if the fetus was going to have a low survival rate or not have a “normal” life (being able to care for themselves, i guess?) once they were born. These same people despise parents who have to end up on the system for welfare or ask for help when the child they wanted to abort is born. They say “No, my tax money shouldn’t have to support you and your baby if you wanted to have a child. You should have had an abortion, or thought about not having s** if you couldn’t take care of a baby-but I also say you can’t have an abortion because I don’t agree with it.”
Every animal has s** for procreation or for pleasure. S** is normal, so the answer to stopping unwanted pregnancy should not have to be abstinence. And tax payer money doesn’t pay for abortions, most times people have to pay out of pocket for this.
These are the same people who say if you can’t take care of a child put them in “foster care or have an adoption.” As if adoption or foster care is any easier. Do you know children in foster care are often abused and neglected? And God forbid these kids are of a minority group, they are often shuffled from family to family, get placed in a neighborhood with drug and gang violence and end up being placed in prison or jail-or having kids of their own who end up repeating the same process.
These are the same people who have NEVER EVER even sent money to the homeless or adopted children of their own. But have the audacity to complain about other people who have to decide to make the decision to become a parent or not? What about women who have been drinking and doing drugs their whole life and fall pregnant? Should they continue a pregnancy and risk health defects to their unborn fetus just because you as a third party has an outside opinion based on your religion, experiences and personal feelings? NO! You do not dictate how someones life should be, just because you feel differently about them. Well I have a personal opinion on it too. Have an abortion whenever you see fit, it is your body.
The only time you should be upset at what someone does with their body is when if indirectly or directly affects you. Like if someone r**** your friend, or a transgendered person using tax payer money in the military for hormone treatment, or a person who decides to make laws that give o the rich and say screw you to the poor etc etc.
Still people have the right to voice their concerns if they wish, but don’t try to control others because of it.
