The time my dad had a mental break down. I feel like I need to share this because I cant forget or get it off my chest. This was about 5 years ago. At the time I was living in fortlauder Dale and I could say my life was pretty good but one night I heard arguing come from my parents room and I decided to go check it out and my brother follows after, I see my mom was annoyed/angry and leaves the room while my dad still in there and at the time as us being little we didn’t know what was going on we were just taking things lightly so we joking pretended to shoot our dad saying “bang, bang” and then he starts saying looking serious “really bang, bang right? Kill daddy” we were really confused and then were okay…whats going on? Soon my dad walks out the room and we follow and mom wants to go outside for sum fresh air but my dad doesn’t want her to go outside because he believed someone was going shoot her he also believed he heard a helicopter which added to his conclusion, soon my aunt came out of the room asking whats all the noise about as soon he sees her he instantly accused her of being a devil because she was smiling slighty and were a red bandanna. My dad proceeds to take his shirt off wrap it around and start whipping my aunty with it mom chased after my dad but couldn’t catch him so she flung the door open and ran outside my dad started to scream and yell “THEUR GOING TO SHOOT US CLOSE THE DOOR THEIR GOING TO SHOOT US” but my mom didn’t even look back and ran outside my dad chased after her and when he caught up to her he jump on top of her crushing her and mind you she was a very feeble woman with cancer so she was ill but so was my dad who he in his mind was ill so to him he was just trying to protect her my brother started to cry”im scared I want mommy” he wanted to go outside but I stopped him and i told him don’t it but in end I couldn’t stop him he ended up getting hurt to so I’m inside the house and I’m there waiting anf was about to come out when my dad some how knew I was coming out side and said “shay just stay right there and know whatever happens just know I love you” and well I was a bit confused about whole but could grasp a bit of what was going on. In the end someone called the cops the cops came to him to get of so they had to use force to get him of and sent him to a mental hospital.
