You won’t get fat if you eat correctly. Food is necessary for health. Simply eat good food from the produce isle, very little processed food in bags and boxes from a factory. Avoid high calorie food like cookies, cake, candy, ice cream. WHEN to eat is important. Eat early in your day and confine eating to a few hours. This leaves the rest of the time to digest the food and rest the stomach. NEVER eat before bed. The more time you leave between eating and sleeping the better!
