My dad passed away in 2013. I wish he had taken better care of his health. I wish my parents didn’t fight all the time. I wish they (my parents) would have made an effort to work hard to give their kids a good life instead of medi-cal, food stamps, no encouragement for higher education. In 2016, I helped my mom refinance her home and she said she would take the house back from me as soon as she got a job. That day never happened, excuse after excuse and now I can’t really buy my own home. She used me and I pray all the time for a resolution. And no I can’t put her out on the streets.
