A school principal named Perry Kalynuk has a teacher’s private (non-school) email. Should the principal be giving out the teacher’s email to other staff members without the teacher’s permission?

Not only is this almost certainly a violation of the privacy rules at the school, but using private email accounts for official school business is absolutely against the school and district policy.
