people always say s*** like wow youre so independent and mature bc you live in an apartment at 20 years old. the only reason im living here on a one year lease, getting all my s*** together while you sleep in the bedroom next to mom and dad, is because ive never had supports, or parents to give me a home. ive suffered since day f****** one. my s*** is together because i had no choice. my childhood was stripped from me and i was forced to grow up at a young age. ill never know what its like to call someone mom or dad, ill never get a story read to me before bedtime. ill never get to do a lot of s***. but i will tell you that all that abuse, all that pain and neglect and emptiness i suffered, has definitely made me stronger. keep sucking on your moms t** while i actually get my s*** in order and build myself a wonderful future.
