I have such severe social anxiety that I can’t even leave my unit to buy food. And if it gets delivered I then have to deal with the neighbours watching me bring the food inside. I don’t like attention. So I stay inside all day and starve myself. Eventually I do go out and come back with tonnes of ice cream and chocolate that I devour immediately. And the cycle continues.
