De-balling happens more often now that mothers are deciding to change the s** of their child. It’s mostly boys being transitioned to girls. At what age should little boys be castrated?
Boys must be emasculated and given female hormones to feminize them. It might be hard on a 10 yr old boy to be gelded but not for an infant. Once his balls are off then it’s over and the hormone medications will do the rest.
Castration before puberty is best for transitioning to a female. Emasculation after puberty still allows for the boy to get erections but he has no balls.
