To the person who said:
I’M AT MY WORK PLACE AND I SUDDENLY FEEL THAT I CAN’T BREATH AND I WANNA CRY . I SUDDENLY FEEL SO SAD.
You are describing what sounds like to me as chemical sensitivity. I get that s*** all the time.
“I DON’T REALLY KNOW WHY. I FEEL IM IN PAIN, IT HURTS ME SO BAD BUT DEFINETLY I DON’T KNOW WHY.”
Maybe this is just an emotional thing and I am reading too much into it, but this sounds like how I would try to describe the reactions that I experience when I am exposed to certain things.
My hunch, may not be correct, but I would say your laundry detergent and/or dryer sheets are doing this to you. I guess one way you could find out, is take a little bit of the laundry soap, put it on your fingers and rub together. Like try to rub the laundry detergent deeply into your fingers/skin.
If you have what I think you do, you should start having horrible reactions more or less immediately. Confusion, emotional rollercoaster, you can’t seem to think very well for some reason, no matter what you do you just can’t put your finger on what is causing you to feel this way.
If you don’t experience any of those type of things with the laundry soap, then I would guess it isn’t what I think it is.
If you do experience kind of what I describe then you might have multiple chemical sensitivities (MCS), and you are likely reacting to a TON of things you just don’t realize it.
For what it’s worth I wash my laundry with baking soda and salt and I do two wash cycles. Allen’s Naturally apparently is a good alternate detergent, it is just I live with my parents and they have an HE washing machine, and the soap residue is hard to get out if I use that detergent.
Anyhow, my humblest apologies if this doesn’t apply to you and I wasted a minute of your time.
