I only wish to separate myself from my abusive and unloving mother… But I fear once I’m free, I’ll need her help and be forced to call my abuser back into my life. I just want to move away, disown her, and wash away the pain she’s caused me into the past and be done with it… But I’m scared she’ll somehow worm her way back into my life…
